KSS believes that meeting the security requirements of all areas in Nepal requires more than just providing sentinel guard services. We also focus on technical and intelligence supports for safety measures. Security planning and supervision, advisory services on prevention and protection and the use of safety equipment and electronic security system all constitute important components of our protection and safeguarding strategies and measures.

KSS offers security management of any firm, business houses Industry, INGO, hotels, private residence, UN agency, Banks and other financial institutions, educational institutions, etc.
Preference is given to ex-police/army for recruitment. They are given orientation for a week before deployment. To fulfill the demand (in case ex-police/army personnel are not available) fresh candidates are recruited and basic security training is imparted for a period of 6 weeks. The training curriculum includes outdoor programme consisting of Physical Training, Drill, Self Defense etc and theoretical training on security related subjects and On the Job training.

KSS Control Room (CR) is in operation for 24 hours. CR is equipped with communication (Telephone and Wireless). Hand Held Radio Set having connection with CR is provided to clients if required.
Taking into consideration the importance of supervision, the whole area of Kathmandu is divided into three sectors where day/night supervisors are deployed for scheduled and unscheduled checking of all the security posts in order to keep alert and vigilant the guards and also to keep liaison with the clients. For easy and immediate communication they are provided with mobile sets. Supervisor must report to the Operation Manager and Control Room regularly. There is no time bound for reporting in case of emergency.
Outside Kathmandu valley, Branch Manager bears responsibility for marketing, recruitment, orientation, deployment, supervision. He also coordinates with the client and guards. On the whole Branch Manager is responsible for overall security management.
KSS has its branch offices in Biratnagar, Birgunj, Bharatpur, Pokhara, Butwal and Nepalgunj.
At Present KSS has approximately 650 guard force providing security to banks, finance companies, hotels, factories, INGOs and private residences.

KSS conducts Orientation training to ex-police and army personnel before deployment in the security posts. For fresh candidates basic security training is imparted for 6 weeks. The training curriculum includes outdoor programme consisting of Physical Training, Squad Drill, Self Defense etc and Theoretical Training on security related subjects followed by OJT.
Apart from that refresher training is given from time to time to the existing security guards in order to update the security knowledge.
